When September’s Playboy Playmate of the Month talks wine, people are all ears (and eyes). “I think one of the reasons Playboy chose me was because of my interest and background in wine,” says Vanessa Hoelsher (left, in pigtails), whose father, Paul, is a 30-year wine industry veteran and owner oa an import company called Pennsive Concepts, based in Atlanta. Vanessa, who is following in her father’s footsteps and is even developing her own label of Italian wines for 2006 release, counts Cakebread, Murphy-Goode, and Pedroncelli among her favorites. The 23-year-old says, “I’m basically a 10-year-old red kind of girl.”
